Providence Healthcare - How to Get Here
Providence Healthcare is located at the northwest corner of St. Clair Avenue East and Warden Avenue.

By public transit
We are located at the corner of St. Clair Avenue East and Warden Avenue in East Toronto. To reach us by public
transit, take the subway to Warden Station, located on the Bloor-Danforth line of the Toronto Transit Commission
(TTC). From Warden Station, walk to St. Clair Avenue, turn left (west) and walk up the hill to our main entrance (an
approximate 5-minute walk). You can also take the # 70 O’Connor bus. Get off at the first bus stop, located
directly in front of Providence Healthcare.
By car:
From Highway 401 (north of Providence Healthcare)
Exit at Warden Avenue and travel south to St. Clair Avenue East. Turn right (west) and travel to the first set of
lights. Our entranceway is on the right. Providence Healthcare is located at the top of the hill, on the north corner.
From the 401, this route should take about 15 minutes in good driving conditions.
From the Gardiner Expressway (south of Providence Healthcare)
From the Gardiner Expressway, take the Don Valley Parkway North and exit at Don Mills Road South. At the first
set of lights, turn left (east) along O’Connor Drive. After the Woodbine Bridge, turn right at St. Clair Avenue East.
Travel east along St. Clair. At the first set of lights past Pharmacy (Heron St.), turn left into Providence Healthcare’
s entranceway. From the DVP, this route should take about 15 minutes in good driving conditions.

- Easter celebrations at Providence Healthcare Centre with Guest Artist BARBARA FRIS. Miss Fris sings
the bravura aria 'Let the Bright Seraphim' from the sacred oratorio "Samson" by George Frideric Handel
(1685-1759) and 'How beautiful are the feet of them' and 'I know that my Redeemer liveth, arias from
Handel's well-known 'Messiah'.
- Since her professional opera debut in 1984, Miss Fris has had a luminous career, always captivating her
audiences on the opera, concert and recital stage. Her personal charisma and soprano voice continue to
endear her to audiences.
